Wholesale Terms & Conditions

  • To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store or website that you have listed and are not allowed to remove our packaging and branding under any circumstances. Unfortunately, quite a few stores have done so, trying to brand our product as their own which will result in legal action. Retailers are permitted to group product in gift sets.

  • Wholesale orders require a minimum of a $200 purchase. You may mix different designs, but your purchase must reach the $200 minimum.

  • Free samples are sent out once a year and yes they are... FREE! We cover the cost of the samples as well as the shipping. Samples are only sent to qualifying wholesale buyers. All samples are sent out at the end of September in preparation for the holiday season. I am overseas during the summer and can't send them any earlier than September.

Select which designs would be a good fit for your store and we will send you a sample to taste! One to two samples well be sent per store.

Order.

Please place your order at least three weeks in advance. The earlier the better, as we limit our sales to only a few orders per week during the holiday season. All cookies are baked within 48 hours of shipping and have a 10-day shelf life. You cannot freeze these cookies! Freezing will cause the marshmallow fondant to sweat while defrosting and it will ruin the design within the packaging.

If you’d like to have more than one ship date for your order we are happy to break up your order and send replenishments once a week.
