What items are available for shipping?
Cookies and mini cakes are available for shipping. All orders are shipped within the United States by UPS.
Do you offer Vegan items?
Yes! I offer vegan chocolate chip cookies as well as vegan Krispie treats. I am working on perfecting a vegan sugar cookie. Unfortunately, there are no vegan options for the fondant I use, since gelatin is needed to maintain the shape.
Which holidays do you make cookies for?
We have cookie designs for Halloween, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Black History Month, Ramadan, and the Cherry Blossom Festival.
What do you mean by “all-natural”?
No artificial flavor, color, or preservatives are added to our desserts. Every item is made from scratch with all-natural ingredients, including food coloring.
Is your bakery nut-free?
100%!!! My Sweet Nana’s Bakery has absolutely no nuts or nut oil of any kind and everything is baked in a nut-free kitchen.
Return Policy
Changes to your order may be made up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you need to cancel, you will receive a credit. No refunds on any orders.
When will you reopen?
Pre-orders start August 1st. Orders are sent out on October 1st.
Do you do custom orders?
We are no longer accepting custom orders. Unfortunately, clients not paying immediately and unrealistic demands have led to this decision.
When should I order by?
I require all orders to be made 3 weeks in advance. All cookies have a 10-day shelf life if kept in their original packaging. Please do not freeze the cookies! It will ruin the marshmallow fondant when defrosting.
