What items are available for shipping?
Cookies are available for shipping nationwide. We are no longer offering our mini cakes online. All orders are shipped within the United States by UPS.
Do you offer Vegan items?
Yes! I offer vegan chocolate chip cookies as well as vegan Krispie treats. I am working on perfecting a vegan sugar cookie. Unfortunately, there are no vegan options for the marshmallow fondant I make, since gelatin is needed to maintain the shape of my designs.
Which holidays do you make cookies for?
We have cookie designs for Halloween, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Black History Month, Ramadan, and the Cherry Blossom Festival.
What do you mean by “all-natural”?
No artificial flavor, color, or preservatives are added to our desserts. Every item is made from scratch with all-natural ingredients, including plant based food coloring.
Is your bakery nut-free?
100%!!! My Sweet Nana’s Bakery has absolutely no nuts or nut oil of any kind and everything is baked in a nut-free kitchen. As someone with a life threatening allergy to all nuts, a nut-free kitchen is mandatory.
Return Policy
Changes to your order may be made up to 2 weeks prior to your shipping date. If you need to cancel, you will receive a credit. No refunds on any orders.
When will you reopen?
Pre-orders start September 7th. All orders are sent out every Tuesday to arrive fresh for the weekend rush.
Do you do custom orders?
We are only accepting custom orders for large events. Wholesale cookie orders are designed seasonally and cannot be customized or altered.
When should I order by?
I require all orders to be made at least one month in advance. All cookies have a 10-day shelf life if kept in their original packaging. Please do not freeze the cookies! It will ruin the marshmallow fondant when defrosting.
